Job purpose
Prepares all main ingredients (meat/ chicken) and other food items for cooking and marinating, seasoning breading, sautéing and pro-portioning in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares all main ingredients (meat/ chicken) and other food items for cooking and marinating, seasoning breading, sautéing and pro-portioning in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
- Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served to assure safety of all customers and satisfaction.
- Knows and complies consistently with company standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to always assure a smooth service period.
Requirement:
- At least two years experience in Shawarma Cutting (using Skewer)
- Ability to speak, read and write in English/ Arabic
- Good multi tasking skills
- Willingness to work extra hours (overtime will be paid)
