Job Description

Job purpose


Prepares all main ingredients (meat/ chicken) and other food items for cooking and marinating, seasoning breading, sautéing and pro-portioning in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepares all main ingredients (meat/ chicken) and other food items for cooking and marinating, seasoning breading, sautéing and pro-portioning in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
  • Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served to assure safety of all customers and satisfaction.
  • Knows and complies consistently with company standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to always assure a smooth service period.

Requirement:


  • At least two years experience in Shawarma Cutting (using Skewer)
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English/ Arabic
  • Good multi tasking skills
  • Willingness to work extra hours (overtime will be paid)
