Service Sorter Technician

    Good level of Electrical & Mechanical skills set.

    Diploma or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical.

    Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in material handling system.

    Able to work under stress situation whenever required.

    Quick responder to material handling system failure.

    Good speaking, reading and writing skills for efficient communication.

    Able to instruct team of less experienced technician on how to work safe & sustainable way.

    Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Drives & Motor starter.

    Good knowledge of communication protocols like Profinet, AS-i & Profibus.

    Knowledge of Microsoft office & CMMS (Maximo).

    Resolution of electrical & mechanical faults.

    Fault finding inspections of material handling system equipment's as per the maintenance planning.

    Carry out electrical-mechanical corrective and preventive maintenance.

    Work execution as per the service contract.

    Ensure thorough knowledge transfer through sharing of knowledge and information.

    Following the company maintenance SOPs and always present a better practice.

    Technical cleaning of the MHS equipment's.
