Job Description

At TK Elevator UAE, Service Sales Department manages the service portfolio and it will be the link between customers and the organization.


Activities of the Department:


  • Prepare quotations according to customer’s inquiry for maintenance, parts and repairs
  • Getting track and getting approval of all the proposals made for annual maintenance, spare parts and repairs
  • Manage assigned sales portfolio and successfully meet the client needs

Reports directly to the Service Sales Manager. Hands-on experience may include:


  • Work with service sales team members on assigned tasks
  • Participate in the preparation of the market analysis and identify the prospect firms for new business opportunity
  • Prepare reports as requested
