- Min. 1-2 years relevant experience preferably in Commercial Vehicles
- Bachelor’s Degree related to Automotive or similar course related to the position.
- Age: 25-35 years old

- Good command of English language, both oral & written skills
Job Description:
- Responsible to support and conduct in-house and on-site training activities as required.
- Maintains effective business relationship with the Distributors.
- Initiates corrective action as needed to ensure the excellent standard of service support is maintained.
- Monitor the performance of Distributors using appropriate report, tracking systems and surveys and reports areas in need of improvement to Division Manager.
- Assists with the implementation of marketing plans developed by Division Manager which promotes new and repeat business.
- Prepares and assists arrangement of annual service activities such as Skills contest, Regional Meeting, etc.
- Assists in organizing Service training events.
Skills
- Automotive market knowledge background with management training
- High degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Good leadership skills
- Require strong communication skills to deal with Distributors
- PC Operation Skills: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
