We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator – 12 months Contract role for one of our very well-known client, to be based in their Dubai office.

Job Description:

  • Assessing customer's needs.
  • Pointing clients towards services, resources and providers that can fulfil their needs.
  • Explaining to clients how our solutions can resolve their pain points job training for the client care team.
  • Resolving issues that arise concerning the delivery of our services.
  • Answering phone calls and emails.
  • Scheduling appointments for our clients.
  • Maintaining and tracking clients' service records.
  • Staying current on new services we develop.
  • Evaluating our services and helping to identify.
