Job Description

•    Follow the Autotrust SOP standards in all customer touch points  •    Promptness in receiving/greeting customers, understand their needs•    Proper inventory of customer’s vehicle and record customers’ requirements.•    Updating or create customer account by adding all customer & vehicle informations.•    Re-confirm the Job requirements/Repair details/cost involved/delivery time etc. and obtaining customer’s approval.•    To arrange test drive as required jointly with customer•    Ensure legible and clear job advice and create job card•    Follow-up the job progress•    Provide feedback to customer for additional repairs, delayed delivery time and obtain approvals.•    Brief the customer on repair scope /Service contract coverage•    Promoting Service Contracts/other service products (upselling)•    Verify jobs carried out as per customers’ requirements•    Ensure job cards are closed on time •    Ensure car is cleaned and ready for delivery as per the promised date and set time.•    Notify customer in in advance in case of delay•    Receive customer, explain jobs carried out and charges, ensure payment and deliver the vehicle•    Guiding the customer to the vehicle•    Achieving financial/non-financial targets (Labour sales/CSI/RO Nos/Service contract etc.)•    Develop and maintain long term relationship to enhance customer retention•    Handle customer complaints on priority and bring it to the notice of the superiors.•    Attend customer queries promptly•    Ensure the pending job cards to be closed within the time limit•    Maintain daily follow up records of vehicle received

Accident Repairs•    Verification & Collecting Police Report and necessary documents from the customer•    Receiving the scheduled estimates and inform customer about the delivery time •    Follow-up with Insurance Co. for L.P.O •    Information to customer for non-approved/awaiting  LPO cases•    Attach LPO with Job Card after verifying key information•    Information to customer for excess/deductions/necessary documents for delivery.•    Handling customer calls /location details•    Taking initiative in arranging proper parking for received vehicles•    Coordinating with estimator•    Deciding Vehicle delivery schedule according to customer need.•    Handing over approved job cards to the work shop supervisor •    Follow up delivery schedule•    Updating the customers on vehicle status.•    Confirming the availability of LPO prior to the delivery.•    Checking possibility of upselling PMS service to the customer by consulting.•    Delivery date, time, SA signature and customer signature to obtain on the job card as well as on LPO.•    Job description summary to customer and assist customer for any minor correction at the time of delivery.•    Collecting excess payment before delivery and get the signature, national id collection.•    Job card handing over to cost clerk for invoicing and follow up of pending jobcards.•    Strictly follow the delivery procedures of each insurance companies at the time of delivery.(Including final photographs for certain Insurance companies)•    Every day delivery schedule report to follow up with shop floor.•    Follow up and give appointment to CWC customers with proper coordination with shop floor.


•    3 year diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mech. Engineering
•    3 years practical experience with recognized companies/ Brands in similar positions.
•    Computer Skills
