Job Overview:



We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to enhance the organic reach and rankings of our websites. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, have a solid understanding of content marketing, and stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices. The SEO Specialist will work closely with our marketing team to execute strategies and ensure measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:



SEO Strategy & Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic. Perform keyword research and implement targeted keywords across web pages and content. Optimize website content, meta tags, headlines, and images for search engines. Conduct on-page SEO audits and implement improvements. Analyze competitors’ strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Technical SEO: Conduct website technical audits to identify and resolve issues such as page speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability. Ensure the website is optimized for search engines (e.g., structured data, canonical tags, URL structure). Work with web development teams to implement SEO-related updates.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content. Analyze the performance of content and suggest improvements based on data and insights.
Ensure proper keyword targeting and content optimization for maximum visibility.
Analytics & Reporting:Monitor, track, and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Continuously monitor industry trends and algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
Link Building & Off-Page SEO:Plan and execute a strategic link-building campaign to improve domain authority. Monitor backlink profile and disavow harmful links when necessary.
Engage in outreach to improve external visibility and reputation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a track record of successful SEO campaigns. Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. Experience with on-page and off-page SEO, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link building. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development practices as they relate to SEO. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry news. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:



Knowledge of paid search (PPC) strategies and how they integrate with SEO. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Familiarity with other marketing channels such as social media and email marketing. Certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot.
