Job Description
Help AG is looking for an experienced Senior ZScaler Consultant who will be responsible for developing comprehensive security policies, baseline standards, and conducting configuration reviews for Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Web Proxy, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions. This role emphasizes policy creation and strategic assessment, not implementation, focusing on ensuring security best practices and compliance across various traffic flows and configurations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience with Zscaler solutions for ZTNA, CASB, and DLP, using their expertise to assess and elevate the organization’s security posture. The consultant will be instrumental in guiding the organization’s network and data protection strategies, ensuring robust safeguards and regulatory adherence across traffic flows and configurations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and document the Zero Trust Network Access policy and baseline standard, with a focus on Zscaler ZTNA solutions.
- Assess network traffic flows to provide recommendations on secure access control measures.
- Review and optimize Zscaler ZTNA configurations to ensure alignment with security standards and access policies.
- Draft a detailed CASB policy, using Zscaler CASB solutions to secure and control access to cloud applications and services.
- Conduct assessments of cloud traffic flows to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Review Zscaler CASB configurations to ensure enforcement of security policies, compliance, and secure cloud usage.
- Evaluate existing on-premise and cloud-based DLP policies and baseline standards, focusing on safeguarding sensitive information.
- Analyze data flows within the organization to identify areas vulnerable to data leakage, with expertise in Zscaler DLP.
- Conduct configuration reviews of DLP systems, ensuring they are optimized to prevent unauthorized data transfers and potential data breaches.
- Draft and document the Web Proxy policy to secure and monitor web traffic, using Zscaler Secure Web Gateway.
- Assess web traffic flows to detect and mitigate potential threats.
- Review Web Proxy configurations to ensure secure filtering, monitoring, and compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong experience in developing and implementing security policies and baseline standards for ZTNA, CASB, DLP, and Web Proxy.
- Hands-on experience with Zscaler technologies, including:
- Zscaler ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access) for secure access controls.
- Zscaler CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker) for cloud security and access management.
- Zscaler DLP (Data Loss Prevention) for protecting sensitive data within cloud and on-premises environments.
- Proficiency in assessing and analyzing network and data traffic flows to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Proven expertise in conducting configuration reviews, identifying gaps, and providing actionable recommendations for policy enforcement.
