Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conduct in-depth market research to assess conditions, identify client financial needs, and select suitable investment products.Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, preparing reports to support informed decision-making.Address and resolve client complaints promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.Provide clients with financial insights and communicate market-driven feedback to analysts and portfolio managers.Develop and refine investment strategies by assessing and improving existing plans.Perform essential back-office functions to facilitate efficient trading, supporting entry into new markets while ensuring compliance with company regulations.Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering timely resolutions to client issues.Regularly engage with clients to provide operational support and assist in risk management.Drive business growth by developing new client relationships, markets, and transactions.Ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation and account records.Identify tactical opportunities, innovating trading ideas aligned with established investment strategies.Support the compliance officer in client onboarding by gathering and supplying required documentation.Manage and oversee the customer relationship management system.
Profile
Extensive knowledge of financial markets, diverse investment products, and wealth management strategies, with a focus on high-net-worth clients and institutional clients.Proven track record in building, managing, and growing high-net-worth client portfolios, consistently achieving financial targets and fostering asset growth.Skilled in client communication and relationship-building, with strong interpersonal abilities to establish trust and retain long-term clients.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of professional experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory services, specializing in high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients.Proficient in financial planning software and analytical tools, enabling efficient portfolio analysis and reporting.Certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are a plus.
