  2. Strategic Workforce Planning – Expertise in forecasting hiring needs, talent pipelining, and workforce transformation initiatives.
  3. Employer Branding & EVP Development – Experience in positioning an organisation as an employer of choice through innovative branding strategies.
  4. Data-Driven Recruitment – Strong understanding of recruitment analytics, market intelligence, and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
  5. Stakeholder & C-Suite Engagement – Ability to partner with senior leadership, influencing and driving talent-related discussions at the executive level.
  6. Global Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence – Experience in identifying and attracting world-class talent from local and international markets.
  7. Technology-Driven Hiring – Knowledge of AI-driven recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and automation in talent acquisition.
  8. Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy – A deep understanding of DEI best practices and the ability to implement inclusive hiring strategies.
  9. Change Management & Organisational Transformation – Experience in restructuring recruitment teams, building agile hiring frameworks, and leading transformational initiatives.
  10. Financial Services Domain Knowledge – Strong grasp of the financial sector, its regulatory landscape, and the nuances of hiring for banking, fintech, investment firms, and related sectors.
