Job Description
We're on the lookout for an exceptionally talented UI Designer with a passion for visual storytelling to lead a critical account and drive the development of captivating user interfaces across diverse digital platforms. Our ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in UI design and a proven ability to weave narratives through visual elements. We're seeking someone with a flair for creativity and a strategic mindset
Main Tasks
Technical & Product
• Evaluate existing platforms for their visual storytelling effectiveness, ensuring coherence with the user journey and brand narrative.
• Collaborate in participatory design sessions and user testing activities to gather insights and refine interface designs.
• Develop user interfaces and prototypes that effectively communicate complex ideas and narratives.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the user interface design landscape for one of our key clients. Your primary objective will be to set the bar high for visual aesthetics, ensuring seamless navigation, and crafting compelling interaction designs across a range of cutting-edge digital products.
Innovative & Analytical Mindset
You'll play a pivotal role in collaborative workshop sessions with clients, where your focus will be on understanding their story, translating it into visuals, and creating experiences that resonate with users. Your expertise in user-centered research, design principles, and brand alignment will be crucial in leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Design (e.g., graphic, visual communications), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• [5+ ] years of experience in UI design with a focus on visual storytelling.
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and team members.
• Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies and techniques, with a keen eye for detail.
