Job Objectives


The role holder leads the Training and Competence Team for the MEAC region and is responsible for coordinating and delivering Technical Competence projects and initiatives as requested by the business and functionally.


The role provides support to the managers with specific direction and guidance provided through periodic review of progress and results. The role is responsible for working autonomously on assigned tasks and liaising with the appropriate Technical Competence team members and relevant business stakeholders. Work will be delivered in accordance with local and global functional policy and guidelines, preferred suppliers, and budget restrictions.


Contributes to developing and retaining motivated and competent people, and to assuring the safe delivery of services by competent personnel
