Job Description
PURPOSEResponsible for leading the therapist team overseeing delivery of variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure etc.) in a safe and comfortable manner. Ensure that all therapists are fully trained in treatments, tasks, LQA and Jumeirah SOPs. Makes sure that procedures and sequence of services are always adhered to.
