• Carry out Vehicle body repairs as per manufacturer’s standard, comply with work instructions manual.• F1 – Fix it Right First Time• Completion of job within allotted time• Feedback on additional repairs to Team Leader, Foreman and Controller • Inform in advance about the delay in work to Team Leader /Foreman• Must carry out over time whenever the workshop load increases as per Team Leader /Foreman/Controller’s request.• BS materials recording on Job Card• Handling of customer’s vehicle in a safely manner• Raising parts requisition• Inform/obtain approval from Team Leader /Foreman for additional repairs.• Ensure to use protective covers for customer vehicles• Ensure W/S safety procedures and requirements are strictly followed as per SOP and safety gears used at work place (personal safety/equipment safety/customer’s vehicle etc.)• Ensure that materials drawn on job cards are used for respective vehicle.
• Trade Skill Certification/ Metriculation or equivalent.• 5 years minimum experience in Dealership with minimum 2 years as a Denter. • Physical fitness to carry out the repairs
