Your challenges and mission


  • Strategise and optimise: You’ll be the maestro of our marketing tech stack, constantly fine-tuning and orchestrating our tools to drive growth.


  • Master the CRM symphony: You’ll ensure our CRM tools like Clevertap, DynamicWorks, and CustomerIO sing in harmony, creating a seamless customer experience.


  • Crack the attribution code: You’ll wield the power of mobile attribution tools like Appsflyer and Adjust, revealing the true impact of our marketing efforts.


  • Unleash the power of data: You’ll implement and harness Customer Data Platforms like Rudderstack, transforming raw data into actionable insights that fuel targeted campaigns.


  • Supercharge lead management: You’ll streamline lead management with tools like Close.io, ensuring every potential customer gets the attention they deserve.


  • Be the tech guru: You’ll be the marketing team’s go-to tech expert, empowering them with training and documentation to make the most of our tools.


  • Bridge the gaps: You’ll collaborate seamlessly with IT, product development, and marketing, ensuring everyone’s on the same page and our tech works in perfect sync.


  • Stay ahead of the curve: You’ll keep a finger on the pulse of marketing technology, always exploring new tools and solutions to keep us ahead of the competition.


  • Document like a pro: You’ll create clear, concise documentation that empowers the entire team to use our marketing tech stack effectively.


  • Uncover hidden gems in the data: You’ll dive deep into analytics tools like GA4, GSC, AppsFlyer, and CM360, transforming raw data into actionable marketing strategies.


  • Connect the dots: You’ll implement precise web-to-app attribution, ensuring we understand the complete customer journey.


  • Track every move: You’ll maintain meticulous tracking and reporting across all campaigns, ensuring every marketing dollar is accounted for.


  • Integrate seamlessly: You’ll tackle the technical challenges of server-to-server integrations via API, ensuring accurate campaign measurement.


  • Keep the engines running: You’ll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring our marketing tech stack operates at peak performance.



Requirements
  • 7-8 years of experience in marketing technology, specifically related to hands-on implementation and management of:


    • CRM tools like Clevertap and Moengage


    • Attribution tools such as Appsflyer and Adjust


    • Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Rudderstack


    • Lead management tools like Close.io, HubSpot, and similar platforms
