As a Senior Technical Tracking Specialist at Deriv’s Dubai office, you’ll be at the forefront of optimising our marketing technology infrastructure in one of the world’s most exciting cities. Master the CRM symphony: You’ll ensure our CRM tools like Clevertap, DynamicWorks, and CustomerIO sing in harmony, creating a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
7-8 years of experience in marketing technology, specifically related to hands-on implementation and management of:
+ CRM tools like Clevertap and Moengage
+ Attribution tools such as Appsflyer and Adjust
+ Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Rudderstack
+ Lead management tools like Close.io, HubSpot, and similar platforms
Experience providing technical support and training to marketing teams
Familiarity with connecting and managing different marketing APIs, such as Google Ads API or Meta’s CAPI
Strong technical skills with in-depth knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems
Understanding of APIs, data integration, and data flows across marketing systems
Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information to non-technical colleagues
Ability to keep up with new trends in marketing technology
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
