Job Purpose:
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of all internal and external projects and programs, ensuring they meet objectives, deadlines, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic foresight, and effective communication to drive operational efficiency and align project delivery with company goals.
Leveraging a solid technical background, you will facilitate collaboration between developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution and informed decision-making.
You will be tasked with orchestrating complex projects across a diverse team of 80+ technology professionals spanning five countries, fostering synergy, and maintaining accountability to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects and programs across the organization.
- Build and drive operational frameworks that optimize project execution and meet company targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to align expectations and ensure project objectives are met.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Hold team members accountable for commitments, deadlines, and project milestones.
- Serve as the key liaison between the CTO, technical leadership team, and the Group PMO function (without a direct reporting structure).

Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement the overall planning strategy to ensure the successful delivery of internal and external projects and programs.
- Oversee project and program execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Establish and drive operational frameworks, optimizing resource allocation, risk management, and delivery efficiency.
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and planners, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Define team goals, set clear expectations, and ensure accountability for project milestones and deliverables.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities for the team.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project planning, execution, and delivery.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the CTO, technical leadership team, and Group PMO function to align project priorities and execution strategies.
- Act as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive communication on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure effective planning and execution of projects.
Process Optimization & Governance
- Establish governance frameworks, standardized processes, and reporting structures to enhance operational efficiency and project tracking.
- Drive a data-driven approach to planning, utilizing KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and improve delivery outcomes.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring business continuity and alignment with strategic objectives.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development projects.
