Senior Technical Consultant
Senior Technical Consultant Responsible for the accuracy of Grid Automation asset data, building appropriate processes and maintain databases to ensure customer asset information is kept up to date. Analyzing data and preparing reports which allow customers to perform risk-based asset condition and cybersecurity vulnerability monitoring. Participating in sales support activities to promote Hitachi Energy service offering for Grid Automation. Ensuring an asset data is handed over to the Service Organization after project energization. Triage technical support cases that are registered to the COC and ensure they are properly assigned to appropriate resources Tracking the performance of the technical support queue and report on case resolution metrics according to agreed KPIs and the requirements specified in customer Service Level Agreements. A bachelor’s degree in relevant industry is preferred.
