Senior Tech Product Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our client’s team and drive the success of their key products. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead the product development lifecycle from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals while keeping customer needs at the forefront. You will collaborate across departments, translating market insights into actionable strategies, and continuously enhancing our product offerings to stay competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy Development: Define and lead the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs, translating them into product features and enhancements.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and support across the organization.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance, set key metrics for success, and continuously seek ways to improve through data-driven decisions.
• Customer-Centric Solutions: Ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development, enhancing user experience and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and influence decision-making at senior levels.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure product performance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategies to a wide range of audiences.
• Adaptability: Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with ease.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Aviation is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Must have experience working with Amadeus Software.
• Track record of launching successful products in highly competitive markets.
