Job Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for Computer Network Systems Middle East. The primary focus will be on sourcing candidates in the technology sector and recruiting within the KSA, Oman and UAE. This role will partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and implement efficient strategies to secure high-quality talent. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in promoting CNS as an employer of choice within the tech industry.
- Lead the recruitment process for technical roles, including but not limited to understanding business requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent, particularly within KSA, Oman and UAE.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
- Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and local labor market conditions.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and KSA/Oman/UAE labor laws.
- Assist in the development of talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to manage and track recruitment activities.
- Partnering with BU Managers to ensure that Job Descriptions are updated, accurate and within the group guidelines.
- Ensure that Data and Analytics is available and ready on a weekly/monthly basis to assess TA success.
- Provide weekly reporting to Group TA Manager on CNS Recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR Certification (CIPD, SHRM)
Additional Information
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on tech roles.
- Experience recruiting in KSA, Oman and UAE.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
