Salary: 50,000 – 55,000 AED per month


We are hiring for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for a pioneering AI technology company based in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment and has experience building and scaling AI and tech teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic talent acquisition plan aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring needs for AI engineers, data scientists, and tech specialists.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of top-tier AI and technology talent globally.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Establish strong employer branding strategies to attract top candidates in the AI space.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AI and technology hiring, ideally within a high-growth environment.
  • Strong network of AI, machine learning, and data engineering professionals.
  • Ability to drive recruitment strategies at a regional and global level.
  • Experience with innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

  • Experience in building employer branding strategies to attract AI professionals.
  • Ability to create a seamless, engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  1. Stakeholder & Leadership Collaboration
  • Ability to work closely with C-level executives, hiring managers, and technical teams.
  • Experience in advising leadership on hiring trends, talent availability, and market competitiveness.
  1. Negotiation & Offer Management
  • Strong ability to negotiate compensation packages for high-demand AI talent.
  • Familiarity with visa processes, employment laws, and contract structuring in the UAE.
  1. Technology & Tools Proficiency
  • Hands-on experience with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.), sourcing tools, and AI recruitment platforms.
  • Understanding of AI hiring assessment tools and coding challenges for technical evaluations.
  1. Agility & Problem-Solving in Recruitment
  • Ability to adapt recruitment strategies to evolving business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in handling recruitment bottlenecks and candidate dropouts.
  1. Cultural & Diversity Hiring Awareness
  • Experience in hiring diverse AI talent across global markets.
  • Ability to build inclusive hiring strategies and talent development initiatives.
