SENIOR SUPERVISOR - MEP

To assist operational teams in planning, organising,directing and supervising the works in the appropriate operational departmentsto ensure smooth operation of all Mechanical & Electrical installations andassociated equipment and that all equipment is maintained to highest achievablestandard with minimum down time.   

§To effectively undertake the general task assigned.

§Maintain good relationship with the clients.

§To strictly follow the instruction by the superior.

§Ensure safety of private/public property, during operations.

§To report any matter of concern, to immediate superior.

§To wear all work related PPEs, while on duty.

§Maintain cleanliness of vehicle, when deployed on it.

§Assist the driver, while deployment on vehicles.

§To keep up the reputation of the Company, always.

§Conduct Site surveys and inspections.

§Cost analysis and production of estimates for new projects and existing facilities.

§Manpower planning.

§Resource quantification.

§Projects planning.

§Liaise with 3rd party personnel in the execution of Imdaadcontracts

§Perform clerical duties to meetrequirements of the job and adherence to all current company procedures

§Assist in production of periodic reports as required by the Operational Managers.

§Familiar with all MEP equipment and systems found within the Facilities managed by Imdaad.

§Perform Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with operations policies

Education/Qualifications

§3 year Diploma in the relevant trade OR 2 year relevant trade certification (ITI).

§Must have good computer literacy with MS office.

§Excellent telephone etiquettes.

§Excellentcommunication skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be anadvantage.

§Ability to work under pressure.

Experience

§3 year diploma - 5 years of experience in therelevant trade.

§2 year trade certification (ITI) – 8-10 years ofexperience.

Preferably having experience in Refrigeration, Air conditioning,Mechanical / Electrical Services installation.
