Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Student Consultant with expertise in student admissions, university relations, and global partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student admissions and building relationships with universities in the UAE, Europe, and other global markets through MOUs and partnership agreements. This individual will also manage relationships with universities and work closely with student agents and consultants in emerging markets to establish a strong student recruitment pipeline.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to engage students and families seeking admission to universities in the UAE and Europe.
•Build and manage relationships with global and UAE universities, securing MOUs and partnerships for student admissions.
•Collaborate with university leadership to ensure compliance with admission guidelines and maintain long-term relationships.
•Expand into new markets by building collaborations with student agents and consultants in emerging countries, establishing a network for student recruitment.
•Oversee the entire student admissions lifecycle, from recruitment to enrollment, ensuring smooth processes.
•Work on both student recruitment and business development, creating new opportunities and partnerships in the education sector.
•Align with a fixed salary and revenue-sharing model to incentivize performance and growth.
