Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Spray Paint Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive spray painting, particularly with luxury vehicles, ensuring all paintwork meets the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surface Preparation: Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
  • Color Matching: Utilize advanced color matching techniques to achieve precise paint matches, maintaining the vehicle's original appearance.
  • Spray Painting: Apply paint coats using spray guns in controlled environments, ensuring even coverage and a flawless finish.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of painted surfaces to identify and correct any imperfections, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate painting equipment, ensuring all tools are in optimal working condition.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive spray painter, with a focus on luxury vehicles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern spray painting techniques, including the use of specialized tools and equipment.
  • Color Matching Expertise: Strong ability to match and mix paint colors accurately.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in executing paint applications, ensuring the highest quality outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and correct paintwork issues.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and handling painting equipment.
  • Licensing: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
