JOB PURPOSEThe role plays a pivotal role in providing support and consultations to organizational units and preparing technicalstudies related to the department's tasks, such as organizational structure studies and corporate document studies
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# Contributing to monitoring the department's execution plans# Participating in committees and working groups as directed# Performing other related duties as assigned# Ensuring that all updates are reflected according to issued administrative decisions within the relevant systems# Preparing reports submitted to the Director General and providing technical advice regarding them# Reviewing institutional policies submitted by organizational units and their periodic reports according to thecorporate documents policy standards# Proposing developmental initiatives in the department's field of work# Developing the current systems used by providing feedback on them based on feedback from organizationalunits and coordinating with the Institutional Technical Support Sector# Conducting benchmarking (desk/field) to develop work methods in the department/supporting requiredstudies and preparing technical reports on their outcomes for the purpose of developing the department's work# Disseminating knowledge to department employees and authority staff in the department's fields of work andthe systems used through preparing and implementing awareness workshops# Ensuring that the department's work methods align with the Government Excellence System standards# Preparing, developing, and implementing the Corporate Document Management System (operationalagreements/frameworks, service level agreements) and reporting on them# Preparing and updating the organizational structure review plan in coordination with the organizational unitswithin RTA# Preparing and reviewing corporate documents related to the department's tasks, such as policies/processes,and proposing developmental aspects for them# Preparing technical studies related to requests from organizational units for organizational structure studies,reviewing roles and responsibilities, and submitting proposals for approval by the concerned authorities
