Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Manage an end-to-end process of Delivering a clear & optimized Consumer Journey & VM Principles Guidance to the Omni Channel Execution Team in partnership with the Planning Manager, Support EMC Key doors with any specific Micro plan needed for our Product Focus Campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate in optimizing all EMC Campaigns Directives based on our business requirements after receiving from HUB CE Team
Support the VM Planning Manager on creating a handover process to the Execution Team for the VM & ISC directives
Work Close with VM Planning Manager on the BLR project for our UAE Key Premium Doors
Support providing capacity calculation for the Buying and Merchandising team of new openings / renovations to support them in allocating the right products assortment Vs the store space
Collaborate in the Plug & Play Process for all countries across EMC
Working closely with UAE Omni Execution team to elevate & enhance the consumer journey for existing stores, by contributing into store visit with the execution Team
Work close with all related VM processes, directives & consumer Journey enhancement
Setting regular Virtual Walkthroughs with TeamS & putting an action plan in place for any callouts found from a VM & ISC standpoint
KPIs:
Successful delivery of all Consumer Journey Directives Decks as per the given timelines
Communicate seasonal directives with the wider Team twice a year for a full visibility on category split roll out
Support successful VM plan in collaboration with Senior Manager
Enhance our UAE Doors consumer journey & VM executions supporting Field Team on ground

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Deep knowledge in retail Visual Merchandising, combining theoretical with practical experience
Working well and developing effective relationships with diverse team
Strong organisational skills & flexibility
Specialist in Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
Experience of initiating & running a model store process
Experience of store openings on a multi-national & high-volume basis
International exposure, preferably having worked and lived in different countries/continents
English Basics knowledge
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in Business or Marketing or Visual Merchandising equivalent
Minimum of 3 years progressive work experience in Retail, specifically Visual Merchandising
2 years working with Global markets or 1 year working in a top tier market
