# Perform any other related task as assigned.# Review and update sections’ roles and responsibilities related processes to obtain efficiency smooth work and achieved KPIs’ & targets.# Conduct best practice benchmarking for special assignments and/or regularly measure the department standing of the international contractual soundness.# Analyse investment contract claims and Legal matters including extensions of time, acceleration cost, and all other contractual claims.# Analyse investments’ contracts implementation performance and report on any defaulting chances indications with measurements/correction plan.
KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS AND EXPERIECE :Education :# Bachelor’s Degree in law or Business Administration, Communication, Information Technology from a recognized university.
