Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Tester with expertise in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using test management tools (e.g., qTest, Zephyr).
- Conduct regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Implement and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with QA best practices and continuously improve testing processes.
