KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking on an exciting growth phase, expanding its direct presence in seven regions. To support our growth plans, Service Sales is a strategic priority for our business.


Reporting directly to the Service Sales Manager, we are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Service Sales Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi, UAE office. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers who are strategically or locally important. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.


We are looking for someone with a service mindset, focusing on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who can influence, is result-driven, and possesses strong commercial acumen skills. A solid understanding of the service industry is preferred.

Are you the one?


  • Bachelor’s degree holder


  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience with a solution-selling approach


  • Good understanding of the service/maintenance business


  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with a focus on high-level customer service


  • Passion for sales, with a proven track record and strong customer focus


  • Experience in the local UAE market is preferred


  • Fluency in English is a must; Arabic communication is an added advantage.
