The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring
and managing small-to-medium business (SMB) clients through direct,
door-to-door sales efforts. This role involves generating leads, closing sales,
and building strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth in the
telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities:
✅Sales & Business
Development:
Identify
and target SMB customers for telecom services through door-to-door sales.
Present
and promote telecom products and services, in selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On).
Conduct
product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing to potential
customers.
✅ Lead Generation &
Pipeline Management:
Prospect
new business opportunities and maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients.
Follow
up with leads, schedule appointments, and conduct face-to-face meetings.
Utilize
CRM tools to track sales progress and update customer information.
✅ Customer Relationship
Management:
Build
and maintain strong relationships with SMB customers to ensure satisfaction and
retention.
Provide
after-sales support, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
Act
as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and offering tailored
solutions.
✅ Market & Competitor
Analysis:
Stay
updated on telecom industry trends, competitive offerings, and market
conditions.
Gather
customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
✅ Collaboration &
Reporting:
Work
closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and
technical support.
Prepare
and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
