· Knows in detail of our service portfolio and how to leverage the appropriate services to directly impact the customer’s needs and requirements
· Understand our drivers for growth, cost base, profitability to calculate the right pricing for services and solutions
· Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
· Advise on forthcoming product developments.
· Gather market and customer information as per the identified and target sector or geography.
· Develop and update Customer’s lists, by sector, by geography, by customer’s segment, by channel, by value, by service
· 100% accuracy
Develop and implement plans and expand customer base
· Act as a point of contact between Company and its existing and potential markets.
· Develop and present appropriate waste management solutions.
· Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.

Meetings and Quotations
· Attend the meetings assigned by Inside Sales Executive
· Conduct site visits to understand the customer needs
· Listen to customer requirements.
· Recommend the appropriate waste management solutions
· Negotiate the terms of an agreement
· Issue Quotations using Salesforce
· Close the Deal
· $7000 monthlysales
· ATM (After Transport Margin)at 35% for each new service
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
· Exercise due diligence towards health and safety of self and others in the organization
· Comply with the applicable HSE procedures, instructions, requirements, standards received from regulatory and statutory bodies
· Proactively report superior occurrences, events, violations and acts that may impact employee health, safety or environment
· 100% compliance
Risk management
· Analyse current risks and identify potential risks in the area of responsibility
· Report the risk tailored to the relevant audience
· Build risk awareness amongst team by providing support and training
· Well defined risk in the result area
· On-Time and In-Full (OTIF) reporting
3. EXPERIENCE
· Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales
· Experience in handling high value or worth of annual sales.
