Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their real estate needs.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the real estate market.
- Conduct property presentations and negotiations to close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting properties.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Internship or entry-level experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
