Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced and well-connected Senior Sales Consultant in the UAE, focused on high-volume sales for branded hair care and hair colouring products.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients, primarily salons and beauty centers, to drive volume sales.
  • Initiate product demonstrations with the support of educator, creating opportunities for clients to experience the products.
  • Close sales and maintain strong follow-ups with clients to foster loyalty and secure repeat orders.
  • Focus on upselling and expanding product use among existing clients.
  • Target high-volume clients within the UAE, including individual salons and salon chains, regardless of tier.
  • Have a pre-established portfolio of contacts in the industry, enabling quick entry into the market.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and product educators, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and support for client success.
Preferred Background and Skills
  • Prior experience in sales of hair care or hair color products, ideally with competitors in the market.
  • Deep understanding of the UAE beauty and salon industry, with a strong network among beauty centers and salon owners.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate high-volume sales environments, with a focus on rapid client acquisition and retention.
  • Fluent in English, with Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Proactive, fast-paced communication style with strong follow-up skills and persistence in driving results.
  • Ownership of a car for client site visits across the UAE.
  • Strong coordination skills to work seamlessly with internal teams.
