On a given day, you will:

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks that protect our global operations
  
• Lead risk assessment initiatives and create strategic action plans to address identified vulnerabilities
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate risk management considerations into business strategy
  
• Leverage AI tools to analyse large datasets for identifying patterns, enhancing the accuracy of risk assessments
  
• Guide a team of risk analysts in monitoring and evaluating emerging threats and opportunities
  
• Present risk analysis findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders
  
• Design and oversee stress testing scenarios to evaluate our risk resilience
  
• Utilise AI-driven predictive models to forecast potential risks, enabling proactive mitigation strategies
  
• Partner with compliance teams to ensure adherence to international regulatory requirements

We would love to work with you if you:

• Have 5+ years of extensive experience in risk management within financial services
  
• Possess relevant professional certifications (FRM, PRM, or equivalent)
  
• Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  
• Have a proven track record of implementing successful risk management programs
  
• Show excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  
• Bring deep knowledge of financial markets and trading operations
  
• Are fluent in English, with additional languages being an advantage
  
• Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologies
