We are looking for a skilled and ambitious quantitative researcher to join our Creative Team as an Senior Research Executive!
About the role:
In this role, you will be part of the regional team in Dubai and gain exposure to both regional and global clients, testing advertisements across multiple markets.
You will help clients to acquire a thorough understanding how they can make their adverts work effectively in the Middle East and beyond. To do this, you will work closely with the Creative Lead, your peer quantitative researchers and the qualitative team.

Your profile:
Our ideal candidate is:
Familiar with creative testing and advertising. Experience with Link philosophy, tools, and product portfolio is a plus!
A quantitative research expert, excellent at interpreting the data and finding the right correlations to build your story. A minimum 4 years of quantitative experience is required.
Energetic and proactive: you enjoy working in a fast paced environment with clients all over the world.
A strong communicator, both with clients as well as within the team. You are able to communicate your POV soundly, sharply and credibly.
A team player, often partnering with other teams across the world (internally and externally) and with multidisciplinary client teams.
Curious with a strong work ethic. We aim to deliver excellence, so we need attention to detail, professionalism and expertise in the field.
