Job Responsibility:
1.New Customer Acquisition
- Acquire new to bank HNI individual customer relationships satisfying the priority banking criteria through sales of liability, Asset and investment products.
- To ensure cross sell and refer business to other areas of the bank (e.g. Business Banking, Corporate Banking etc.)
- To be conversant with the full range of PRB Banking products and services
2. Relationship Management
- Meet all the assigned targets on WM revenue, FX revenue, Deposits and Assets consistently month on month.
- Ensure that no mis-selling is made to the customer and the customer is made aware of all the risks, rewards, fees and charges of the products before execution of any deal.
3. Customer Service
- Ensure that the NPS (Net promotor) score is higher than 50 at all times.
- Ensure CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score of 95%.
- Zero customer complaints against the staff
- 95% of the complaints and SRs (Service Requests) are resolved within the agreed TATs.
4. Compliance / Control
- To be fully aware of all policies relating to operational risk, sales processes, credit policy, anti-mis-selling, etc.
- To be responsible for ensuring up-to-date compliance, KYC and profiling for each client as well as maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- To be responsible for assessing customer risk, suitability of products and explaining appropriate products and services to meet client requirements.
- To safeguard the reputation of Emirates Islamic by employing best practices and acting in a professional manner at all times, to document all meetings and contribute to the reporting processes established in the unit.
- To have full awareness of all policies and procedures issued in relation to credit lending, money laundering prevention and KYC.
- To comply with the above policies on an ongoing basis and report any suspicious transaction(s) immediately.
- Data confidentiality & Secrecy norms are adhered.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor graduate
- Experience in Priority Banking or Private Banking relationship management.
- CISI Professional Qualification
