Key Responsibilities:
• Meet monthly financial targets of NTB customer acquisition, new payroll relationships, asset sales etc
• Work with the distribution network (Employee Banking Fulfillment team, branches, IB Sales teams, DSAs) for multi-product/payroll fulfillment on defined sales targets
o Initiate, develop and retain employer relationships (Head HR CEO, CFO or any other relevant contact point etc) while contributing actively to the business development goals of the unit
o Fully engaged in customer acquisition activities, presenting, closing deals, managing and developing client accounts with help of fulfillment team
o Responsible for initial HR relationship building and lifecycle management for regular sourcing of NTB customers.
o Accountable for regular monitoring of client satisfaction and service quality levels by ensuring that client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
o To adopt an open and effective communication style and to be a strong team player that can benefit of the overall team/unit especially working with fulfillment team
• Cross sell (assets, bancassurance and wealth products) and refer business to other areas of the bank (e.g., Priority Banking)
• Keep abreast of market trends, customer preferences and new products, as well as to regularly monitor activity by key competitors
Compliance
Fully aware of all policies relating to operational risk, sales processes etc and all policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention and KYC
Comply with the above policies on an ongoing basis and report any suspicious transaction immediately to the supervising manager(s).
Safeguard the reputation of Emirates NBD by employing best practices and acting in a professional manner at all times
Document all meetings with payroll relationship contact point (HR or Finance manager) and contribute to the reporting processes established in the unit
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Good knowledge of payroll proposition and Bank at Work business model
• Good written, verbal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills
• Proven sales team management track record
• Knowledge of Key Account Management an advantage
Education & Experience:
Graduate with preferred specialization in marketing, finance, banking or related discipline.
• Around 10+ years retail banking experience
• 7+ years of Sales experience in payroll, liabilities, and assets
• 3-5 years of sales team management experience preferably multiproduct sales with cross sell targets
• Local market knowledge is must
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, an absolute must
