About the job Senior Recruitment Specialist
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end talent acquisition services for our client. They have a legacy of the oldest family-run conglomerate with their business including manufacturing, food and beverage, real estate, distribution, and solutions providers in the UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Oman. This role is pivotal in ensuring all hiring needs and targets are met, collaborating with business and department heads to understand requirements, design job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Experience & Knowledge:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, ideally within a group of companies.
- Industry expertise in recruiting across sales, service, logistics, QSR, advertising, media, and retail.
- Familiarity with CV databases, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment software.
- Expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, headhunting, screening, and interviewing.
- Proficient in using HRMS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment for all grades of positions across the organization, blue-collar and white-collar.
- Strategically execute yearly recruitment plans based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to stay updated on hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including networking, headhunting, and building talent pipelines across diverse industries.
- Create and update job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers and prepare interview questions aligned with role requirements.
- Prioritize tasks and roles to ensure swift and efficient delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, advertisements, recruitment agencies, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Conduct rigorous screening and interviews, assessing technical skills and cultural fit for all roles.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, building strong relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with hiring domestic workers when required.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports, ensuring seamless hiring operations.
- Prepare hiring recommendation forms and employment offers in collaboration with the HR team.
- Oversee onboarding processes, document verification, and MOL job offer handovers.
- Address new hire queries regarding employment terms and conditions.
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events to strengthen the organizations talent pipeline.
- Review and manage recruitment agency contracts and vendor agreements.
- Promote diversity in hiring and actively enhance the organizations employer brand.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent command of the English language.
