Senior - Real Estate Valuations (Audit Support)

You will be part of a team of Specialists that support the Audit Team by reviewing real estate valuations across a wide range of sectors for financial reporting purposes; in order to ensure alignment with the market, accounting and valuation standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing the appropriateness of valuation methodologies and underlying assumptions
• Performing market research on comparable transaction prices, rental rates, discount rates and yields
• Conducting complex analysis on Excel and developing valuation models under the supervision of senior colleagues.
• Reporting findings in a clear and concise manner, documenting review procedures performed and market evidence to support the conclusion on value

Qualifications and Education:

• An in-depth understanding of the application of all 5 valuation methods
• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or equivalent
• 3 years’ experience in real estate valuations
• Superior research and analytical skills.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English. Multilingual/Arabic is a plus
• Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) APC candidate – Valuation Pathway
