  • Design and prepare interim payment certificates, variation orders, and manage contract changes.
  • Conduct cost estimation, analysis, and maintain cost databases for accurate project pricing.
  • Support project proposals, tenders, and ensure effective communication with clients and project teams.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare estimates and bids, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports, maintain contract logs, and oversee project close-out documentation.
