Job Description

  • Contribute to reviewing the map of the main and supporting operations in the department.
  • Reviewing work policies and procedures for all organizational units in the department and supervising their documentation.
  • Monitoring the level of performance of the department’s operations by following up on the results of the performance indicators of each process and the level of achievement of the associated targets and working to improve them in coordination with the organizational units.
  • Participation in internal and external audit teams in accordance with the requirements of international quality systems.
  • Contribute to reviewing and updating the department’s strategic objectives and the department’s operational objectives.
  • Contributing to the implementation of institutional quality and excellence systems in the department.
  • Disseminating the concepts of quality systems in the department within the scope of the job.
  • Participate in self-evaluation teams in accordance with international standards of excellence and in accordance with the requirements of the Executive Council.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality
  • Two years or more experience in the same field.
