Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Purchasing and Inventory Management in-charge who will oversee all aspects of the supply chain management and inventory control. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless and timely flow of orders throughout the supply chain (Manufacturing to end users) Whilst, optimizing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.
  • Implement inventory control procedures, including regular stock audits and reconciliation.
  • Use inventory management software to track and manage stock movements, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Vendor and Supplier Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve favorable terms for the company.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
