Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property purchases, sales, and leasing options within Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle property listings, conduct viewings, and negotiate property deals on behalf of clients.
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate trends, market analysis, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote property listings through various channels.
- Close deals efficiently while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Mentor and support junior consultants when necessary.
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Dubai's real estate market.
- Proven track record of successful property deals and client management.
- RERA certification is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, market conditions, and property trends.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle. (Preferred)
