Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.


  • Lead and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control measures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
  • Manage project budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering their professional development
  • Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
  • Analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the built environment or construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make informed decisions under pressure
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
