Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Pools & Landscaping)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager specializing in Pools & Landscaping to join our team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and supervision of various pool and landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of pool and landscaping projects from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment and encourage collaboration among team members. Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring everyone is working towards common goals.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist the project manager in preparing budget estimates for project deliverables. Monitor project expenses and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes and regulations. Ensure all projects comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Supervise and ensure consistency and quality in project delivery. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. Effectively communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, team members, and clients.
• Project Management Tools: Utilize project management tools and software to track project progress, manage schedules, and document project details.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project development and supervision, with at least 5 years of experience in project roles within the UAE.
• Education: Attested Engineering Degree required. Certificates in Project Management or Engineering are a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in using project management tools. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Driving License: Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have access to a car.
