Job Description
Lead E&I engineering activities for assigned projects. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to ADNOC’s project execution procedures and standards. Oversee the design, procurement, and construction phases of E&I systems. Review and approve engineering deliverables, drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, mechanical, and HSE departments. Act as the primary point of contact for ADNOC and project stakeholders. Prepare and present progress reports, ensuring transparency in project status. Address and resolve technical issues with clients and subcontractors. nsure projects meet ADNOC’s quality standards and international codes. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures. Oversee inspections and audits to maintain compliance. Promote and enforce ADNOC’s safety policies on-site. Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and industry best practices Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline. 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas E&I projects, with at least 5 years in a senior role. Previous experience with ADNOC projects is a strong advantage. Proficiency in E&I design software (e.g., ETAP, AutoCAD). Strong understanding of ADNOC’s specifications, standards, and HSE practices. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
