Job Description

Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Project Architect who will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of post-implementation security solutions by driving customer satisfaction, optimizing solution performance, and ensuring alignment with customers’ evolving needs. The role involves providing strategic oversight, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and fostering seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Acting as a key liaison between technical teams and business units, the Senior Project Architect will monitor project adoption, recommend improvements, and ensure the delivery of long-term value for clients.


This position is instrumental in maintaining strong client relationships, advancing customer success, and driving organizational growth.



Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-implementation to ensure their success with Help AG’s solutions.


  • Monitor solution adoption and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes with the deployed technologies and services


  • Provide proactive support and guidance to address customer needs and challenges.


  • Identify and implement enhancements to improve solution performance and customer satisfaction.


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, implementation, and support teams, to ensure seamless delivery and alignment of services.


  • Act as a liaison between customers and Help AG teams to address concerns and drive cross-functional collaboration.


  • Identify opportunities to expand Help AG’s footprint within the customer’s environment by recommending additional services or upgrades.


  • Work closely with the sales team to drive upselling and cross-selling efforts that align with the customer’s evolving needs.


  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.


  • Conduct regular customer check-ins, feedback sessions, and strategic reviews to strengthen the partnership.


  • Act as a customer advocate within Help AG, ensuring customer needs and feedback are communicated to internal teams.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.


  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT project management, or related fields, with a strong focus on solution architecture and customer success.


  • Excellent understanding of Cyber, and information security challenges and strategies


  • Experience in working with managed security services (running, onboarding, delivering projects)


  • Prior experience in positioning / delivering / managing GRC and VAPT services


  • Technical and solution knowledge on Cloud IT and Sec Technologies


  • Strong knowledge of network, application, IoT, OT security. Excellent understanding of data protection methodologies and technologies


  • Strong Consulting skills covering both technical as well as commercial understanding of a project


  • Solid understanding of technology from both a technical as well as a concept perspective


  • Strong pedagogical skills in explaining difficult technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way


  • Excellent report/technical documentation writing skills


  • Strong presentation skills


  • Flexible work approach based on the requirements of the job.
