Experience and Qualification
University Degree in Technology,
Management or equivalent
MBA or equivalent master’s degree
is preferred.
Experience of working in Banking
with experience in both Banking IT PMO and Program Delivery
Total experience of 12+ years
Minimum
of 5 years with oversight of/running large programs of work
Previous
experience in providing reporting for, presenting to Executive level
Previous
experience engaging directly with SVP / ‘Global and Regional Heads of’ level in
reviews of challenges with ability to guide and challenge as required
Minimum 10 years of experience in
managing programs/project delivery, project governance
Experience in managing a team size
of 5-10 people (matrix, functionally)
PM
Certification is a plus
Skills
Experience in processing large
amount of data points and refining into clear, concise reports for Executive
level with addition of recommendations, options and/or insights
Experience
in creating and presenting reports/packs for senior management up to and
including executive level
Experience
in providing information in concise & clear manner to Executives; both verbal
and written
Experience in oversight/managing
more than 5 projects/programs concurrently
Experience in engaging with Executive
& SVP level, providing management level insights and accountability
Experience in handling multiple
programs with interdependencies and an ability to proactively resolve issues
Experience in managing various
project management delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Experience of working with a
cross-functional team
Good stakeholder management
capability and working with senior management
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications;
PowerPoint, Excel, etc
Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment, multi-task, and deliver within tight deadlines
