Job Description
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Passkey Authentication.
  • Own the product and work with global stakeholders to align with regional nuances
  • Work with the market teams to gather input and provide feedback to global stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain detailed product specifications and requirements documents.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare forecasts and models and help set targets for region
  • Prepare slides and collateral (adapting global materials and working with agencies).
  • Define and manage the client pipeline and go to market planning,
  • Manage tracking of progress and reporting to both regional and global stakeholders
  • Identify clients for piloting new products and solutions and working with the correct stakeholders both regional and global to take pilots live.
  • Discuss and engage clients on new solutions and work with them on prioritization of the solutions.
  • Engage internal stakeholders to remove roadblocks and make the end to end delivery process as smooth as possible.
  • Handhold clients from solution design to implementation to go live.
  • Maintain and keep up to date all sales collaterals (sales decks, FAQ documents, case studies, dashboards, etc).
  • Work on creating best practices and learnings for market teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and communication.
  • Document global and regional product nuances for easy consumption by both external and internal stakeholders
  • Approve contract requests and onboard and enable clients in Visa Ready
  • Identify clients in the sales pipeline who are ready to begin project implementation to define the ideal UI/UX for various Visa Digital products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and regulatory requirements related to authentication and security.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
•Possess an Engineering or Computer Science degree.
•10+ years of experience in solution design in retail banking, payments technology, mobile wallets, or eCommerce industries.
•Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong understanding of authentication technologies, standards, and best practices.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
•Passion for technology and a deep understanding of user needs and market dynamics.
•Experience in technical solution delivery for banks, ecommerce sites, and/or fintechs.
•Ability to integrate business and commercialization aspects with technical skills.
•Skilled in translating client needs into product requirements and adapting existing products to meet market needs.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Experience with APIs, SDK integration, mobile/web application development, RTP payment architecture, and Open Banking will be a big plus.
•MS PowerPoint and presentation skills a big plus.
