The Senior Product Manager will execute Blue’s B2C mobile app strategy, delivering exceptional user experiences while driving business outcomes. This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and innovative mobile experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. A passion for B2C product development and user experience Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies. Experience in designing mobile apps for international audiences. Knowledge of emerging mobile technologies and trends. Mobile app product management expertise Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, FIGMA etc) Understanding of mobile app development frameworks and technologies Ability to analyze and interpret app performance data UX/UI design principles and user testing methodologies Strategic thinking and vision-setting Strong problem-solving skills Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Adaptability in fast-paced environments Decision-making under uncertainty Empathy for end-users and stakeholders Customer-focused mindset
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science or any related field. At least 7 years in product management, including 3+ years in mobile app development for B2C markets. Complex Trade-offs : Balancing customer needs with technical feasibility, budget constraints, and strategic goals. Stakeholder Alignment : Navigating differing priorities across cross-functional teams to reach consensus. Uncertainty : Addressing ambiguous challenges such as market shifts or emerging competitor strategies with data-backed solutions. User Pain Points : Identifying root causes of user dissatisfaction and implementing actionable solutions. * The role requires advanced judgment and the ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources to arrive at clear, actionable conclusions.
